Pretty straight forward, you give them the processing fee and they look over your application, job history, background, driving record and ask any questions that they might have. If you've been totally honest with them up to this point, then it really isn't anything to sweat
The integrity interview is basically a room where you are asked questions about your past. It covers things like criminal records and employment history. The important thing is to just be honest. Make sure you can confirm employment history too.
