I am not a lawyer Thor, but if you were on private property, I am not sure how they are making this stick. Better call Tony Stark.

I've been looking into company training programs and have narrowed it down a bit. Unfortunately, I just found out something I didn't realize on my driving record. This past summer I got a drinking while driving open container charge, it's not a DUI , nor DWI or anything, but I saw FFE says no open container charges in the past year. I had also gotten a DUI at the time, but it was dropped as I was on private property, and not even driving. Had I a better lawyer I bet both would have been dropped. Also had no clue that the open container charge would go on my driving record. How big of a stumbling block is this?
