Bad State Inspection Notice

So I have a very dumb question to ask. I didn't receive any citations but in my failure to stop at a weigh station that I had thought was only for agriculture,( yeah pretty stupid on my part) I of course was pulled over and a brief inspection was conducted. On the sheet it states my failure to enter the weigh station but again the state trooper did not issue a citation. Now not being issued a citation, would that even matter at this point since I received this inspection? I have to send it in to the company for them to sign it and return to the state. Can this hurt me in terms of being considered still employable and such?

It may go on an incident report which of course will be on your employment record but really is no more then a slap on the wrist. Other companies maybe able to find out but I don't think you've jeopardized your career over this. I wouldn't lose to much sleep over it. Just don't let them add up.
