hey guys, just got my first load ever. the receiver is a LUDC facility. do I just count the pallets when they come off the truck? thanks.
The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.
And if your instructions and what they are telling you on the dock are totally different, call your fleet manager. They will work it out for you. That way you are not liable for any mistakes. (Get them to send the instruction over the Qualcomm for sake of keeping records.)
