Thanks for all the great response you guys probably don't get a lot of fellows like me. 65 years old retired Pawnbroker 24 years of it and good to get out. I have an RV of sorts 2001 Ford E350xl diesel with windows limo tint amenities waeko fridge latex foam pad TV heater computer and dare I say CB radio. And the dreaded California license plates. A furniture hauler would be a good candidate. Hardwood floors, nice and tall. Just don't know where to look fer one. perhaps New Mexico Arizona cause that's where I would like to windup. Thanks again for listening to an non-trucker old guy.

Adrian...the easiest place to look for that kind of thing is in the www.truckpaper.com you can find contacts for trailers in it, and places to look for just what you want. But I will tell you, that even if you find an insulated trailer of any kind...the insulation isn't adequate for living conditions...its mostly for stability, and to keep the trailers from "weeping". I do know they can be made livable, as I helped a friends do one ( he's a contractor, now retired). Its just another type of alternative living.
