Its funny I work for a company with 500 trucks. Nights and weekends have 1 person on maybe 2 for a few hrs and I never have all the problems yall guys seem too. Guess thats the difference between 500 trucks and 2000. Joe google is a godsent as sometime we are given wrong phone numbers or numbers to ppl that work 8 to 5. Good news is the longer your at it the more you will know your customers and know what you can and cant do. If you ever need to talk pm me ill give you my number. I find that when helping Special K 7/10 times ive been to the shipper or receiver. PS. Dont shot the dispatch! Its already been done lol

Shipper:

The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.
