I am currently living on the island of Guam. I tried applying with a trucking company to get enrolled in there trucking school program and I got to the license section and there is no Guam option. Spoke to a recruiter through email they asked if I had a US drivers license and has it been valid for 12 months My driver's license is from Guam and it has been valid for as long as I can remember. Is it considered a US driver's license or I am out of luck? I am moving to Washington state next week and will be switching to a Washington state license the next business day. Does that mean I have to wait one year in order to qualify to enroll in driving school? Or is there another way? I am also a Veteran. Thank you for your time..
