Hello, I recently got involved in paving and am now running 24 tons daily in a tri axle dump truck . (I drove bucket trucks for 20 years. )in some cases on hills and stop lights especially i like to use the deep reduction set, then when in the highest gear at max rpm i throw it out of deep reduction and into low in order to get “another “ 4 th gear, then on to the next range. Is there any potential downside to performing this operation? Thanx in advance
