I'm new to the job at 61 years old and dealing with restless leg syndrome (life long condition) . Currently taking pramipexole to manage it, but I'm finding the long periods of sitting challenging during shifts. The symptoms are getting worse and starting earlier in the day.
Would love to hear from other drivers who've dealt with RLS:
Any tricks for managing symptoms during long shifts?
How do you handle it during those times when you can't get up and stretch?
Has anyone found certain seat cushions or foot positions that help?
Any tips on timing medication for shift work?
