Panic Button...

Somehow I'd never seen this post before. My first truck was a Volvo with a panic button in the sleeper. I was told what all it would do when I was issued the truck.. Always wanted to test it to see if it worked but didn't dare because I didn't want to summon the police, my company, and all the noise and lights lol.

I know as a brand new female solo rookie, it made me feel more secure just knowing it was there. Never ended up parking anywhere "iffy" thank goodness, but it was a relief to know if I ever needed to attract lot's of attention, I could. I wish all the trucks had them, instead of just Volvo's.
