Millis Transfer? Small Operation? Good/Bad?

I'm committed to a school already but I did apply with Millis Transfer and about 20 others and they called me today to see if I was interested, I cannot find a whole lot out about the company online and don't know any drivers. I researched on here and calls for Millis drivers to speak up were not responded to. I'm just curious if anyone has worked/knows any of their drivers and how they treat them? I did read the part where they supposedly put cameras in the cabins to watch drivers, While I don't like that part when I'm solo, would be reassuring to me while I'm with a trainer ( My biggest fear on top of having a trainer who won't train me right is that I will get a huge hamball slob who is Fred Flintstone times 10).
