Just wondering how many of you guys play an instrument of some sort. I've been playing guitar for 40 years now, and plan on taking my gear with me-So if you're parked at a truck stop and hear a lot of racket, it's me! (I'll have headphones for the electric anyway)...

I played bass for many years . Cover band work payed pretty well up until about 10 years ago .

Best project I was in was a TOOL tribute act that played in New England . All my gear has been bought and sold so many times since the 90 ' s I cringe to think about what it all cost me.

Strangely enough as much as I loved playing I don't miss it .

I have WANTED to play guitar since the Beatles hit the music scene in 1963/4 . . . never had the discipline, though. However, I'm thinking since I do have an electric guitar (a fantasy from a few years back) that when I get my own truck, what better time to put on the headphones and listen to my own noise? KInda private like in my own little world . . . we'll see . . .

P.S. There was a guy who used to post here that had a photo of him w/ his guitar as his avatar . . . named Bill . . .
