I'm about halfway through my Swift training with my Mentor, at which point I'll go solo. Reason I'm asking about teams is that eventually my dad wants to join me. I can't find any current info on team pay. Do they split the miles or the .xx? What is the team .xx pay? Basics like that. I appreciate any feedback.

i just posted the new swift pay scale in the swift new pay plan thread. it lists team pay as well
