I give props to JB Hunt for being so aware of our daily lives and struggles.

Every Driver Has A Story

Every driver has feelings, hopes, and dreams that are just as meaningful as yours.

Well poop. Lots to say no way to express. I have fought and fought and fought for years to have a normal schedule. Never happened. Tired of beating myself up about it. Now, going into trucking ........mourn the loss some more,.... I can't.

I'm kind of surprised not very many people have clicked on this link and watched the video. JB Hunt does a great job with showing us they know our issues and what we go through. I wish every Trucking Company was this aware and cared as much.

All you experienced Drivers would appreciate this!

It's a good video, wished they showed a woman driver.

Just put it on my facebook just so some people not in trucking can possibly see there is more then just the annoying truck in there way on the road.

I watched it, teared up a little. Now I'm thinking maybe this is not for me. I have wanted to drive for awhile now and my wife says she is ok with it but is she really or is she just doing her job as a wife and backing me on my decision to do this? I'll never know I guess. I do plan to sit down with her Today and discuss this more to see if anything has changed, a thought from her or a pause with a response from a question, maybe a different look will tell me if she is doing her job as stated before or she really wants me to do this. This is about all I have left that I can do to help her with my Job as a husband and father.

Kinda sad. Reminds ya that no matter who you are or where you may be, you may not be the only one who has something in the back of their mind, that's troubling them. Thanks for sharing.

I have to admit that it made me cry, but then again kitten videos on Facebook makes me cry too.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
