Wow 2253 calories a day and still loose weight? I would agree if you were an active person and moving all day long but as a driver you will drive 10 to 11 hours a day then climb into the bunk for 10 hours of sleep and then back to driving. Unless you are sitting a lot and not getting miles then the most working out you will be doing is maybe walk a 1/4 of a mile a day and that is if you have to do some walking to and from your truck.

In most profiles of weight loosing sites they ask you what type of lifestyle you have and then give you a recommended calorie intake for that lifestyle. Your lifestyle on the road will be more like an officer worker that does nothing but sit all day. Honestly if your doing more than 1750 calories a day as a truck driver then be ready to go up in the size of clothes you buy.

2253 calories a day is more for active healthy adults that are always on the move and truck drivers do not fit that at all.

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Quite right Guy. I should have mentioned that I am not a driver yet. My current job keeps me on my feet a good portion of the day. I hope to have my weight down before I get to school.
