Hey yall! Jessica here, but yall can call me by my handle, Pinkie Pie! I am nearing the end of week 2 here at the Celadon Trucking school in Indy, and let me tell you, there ARE some small issues, as will be with any place... BUT this is one of the most caring and knowledgeable company ive seen so far! they are thorough with their training, though its a bit rushed, but they give you ample time to learn and get your permit! I was supposed to go out on the range today and start learning the hands on portion, but Murphy's Law struck and one of the trucks broke down, so they only had time for about 8 drivers for today, and i wasnt on that list, but THINGS LIKE THAT HAPPEN!!! you cant complain too much, because its not something that can be controlled. it happens. so i am here killing time til time to go back to the hotel.

another point i wanted to bring up is how much they care about the women who come through here as well. most places just see a body and a laborer but, not trying to be sexist, but in this career choice, it IS a mans world, and we women go through crap when all we want is a decent life and career. I love how they care for us! they care for the men as well! it is a great company and i am loving it here!

so for anyone thinking about this company, i say its the right choice! they are amazing! and you dont have to pay them back for the school! it doesnt come out of your check or anything! just commit to 1 year with them! and as far as im concerned, that is not asking too much at all! most places want at LEAST 2 years!!!

I love Celadon!!!!!

Morgan there is no need to be worried. There are plenty of women drivers out there. Some companies have more then others.

Morgan, I wont lie, it is a mans world, but if you dont take any crap from the jokers, youll do just fine, and you will find that a majority of the guys out here are quite nice and friendly and extremely willing to help!

just keep your head up and do what you need to do and you will make your mark, just as i am!!

i wish you luck and hope all goes well for you! and think about Celadon!!!! they are an awesome company!!!
