Since your going to CRST, be prepared to not sleep. From my understanding, they do mostly team driving, it's hard at first to sleep particularly during the night when the truck is moving. Few times in my training with swift, I felt like I was sleeping with one eye open.

As a rookie, you'll be expected to learn a ton in your first year, and expect to make a few mistakes.

As for truckers to look out for, all of em.. Lol jk . You'll notice after a few weeks what truckers to look out for. There are a ton out here that really shouldn't be driving.

Yea it is nothing but team's with this company. I don't know why, it's like they're anti-solo driving. I'm still in the the program and I love it so far. The only thing I don't like is when you complete all your driving and test, you have to wait (un-estimated time) for a lead driver to come pick you up and start your 28 days on the road. But other then that it's okay so far for it being a free school and what not. But thank you for replying to this post! And I'll make sure to watch out for those other truckers :)
