Since it's recommended to stay with your first company for a year, pick one you'll want to stay at for that long and let them cover all those costs then you just have it taken back with installments from your checks. Then you don't need to stress about housing, transportation, or coming up with a few thousand dollars for school.
As far as the clutching, you're not the first they've taught, you won't be the last and it's not like a car. Don't let this detail stop you. There are YouTube videos about it that you can see how it's done.
