I have been studying HIGH ROAD CDL TRAINING PROGRAM here on TT, and was wondering if this is sufficient enough to pass all my Montana test's. I gotta say this is the best site and program that I have come across in a long time. Thank you all for your input.
Carl, I live in Montana too and I would say read the manual twice and during the test read the question three times to be sure you understand how the question is being asked. That is more important than reading the manual.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
The High Road is based off the Illinois CDL handbook. Illinois is known for having the toughest testing standards by far.
While some of the material maybe worded slightly different I can assure you that you will pass you test in Montana if you read and UNDERSTAND what you read. Comprehension of the different parts of the High Road make all the difference. It's the same way on your state test. Misunderstanding of one word and how it's used can completely change the meaning of the question.

Hey thanks Pat M., and GuyJax for the reply. I have been diving deep into this program on TT, and then been going to the test on the Montana web page and it seems to be working. Just completed the practice test on the Mt site , and got 158 out of 160. I did notice they worded some of the question differently so yep understand what i am reading and re-read. Hope ya all are having a safe day.
THANKS AGAIN
I retook my Hazmat test last year and to hear me read the questions out loud during the test you would have thought I was a really slow third grader.
I read each question twice. People have a tendency to rush their reading. Even during test. You have to make a effort to force yourself to go slow and understand each word as it's being used.
Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations
