In a word, no. I have horrible credit and I was accepted to multiple company paid programs. Swift, CRST, and Prime to name a few.
There might be a few exceptions, but I think for the most part large companies are already relatively stringet with other requirements and are so hungry for drivers that they don't want to narrow the pool further.

My son is age 38 has great work history, clear driving record, but terrible credit due to divorce, etc. Would this be an obstacle to getting into trucking schools that are run by trucking companies such as Swift, Pride, etc?
Thanks !
