Massage helps to... just don't hit one of those parlors you hear on the cb... unless you want a happy ending....lol yoga definitely helps.

As far as the foot thing, there is this product called Toe Juice. I know, sounds terrible but it works wonders. Was developed by a high school chemistry teacher. All natural, clears up topical infections, keeps them clean and nice smelling. There's also have a waterless hand sanitizer called Hog Wash that does not dry out your skin. Gotta love those names! shocked.png

Check it out: http://www.toeJuice.com/ and http://www.hogWashSanitizer.com

Don't forget a good book, reading strengthens the mind and is a great way to pass time when u have to sit around waiting lol. Can't beat a good Stephen king novel. Under the Dome is an amazing story, halfway thru it and don't wanna stop.

Just bring the essentials for training. You don't want to be like a certain Central driver <------ who made the mistake of packing literally like they were going on a month long vacation. I believe I had 6 bags, one big, the rest were smaller. Talk about a rookie move...
