This is one reason why dash cams are so important. If it were me I would fight it because there's nothing more important in this business then a clean license.

As a CDL holder your livelihood depends on a clean license. It may seem cheaper to just pay the ticket but in reality it isn't. Between possibly losing out on a better paying job (if you choose to leave current company), and increased insurance cost in your personal vehicle its better in the long run to fight every ticket. Most attorneys will offer a free consult to discuss it. The only time you would be required to appear in person is if it goes to trial which isn't likely. I was issued a ticket for $335 a couple years ago. It cost me $600 for the attorney but she was a former traffic court prosecutor in the county it was issued so I felt it was worth the money. I set up an appointment to discuss the ticket and circumstances. Her assistants kept me in the loop what was going on but they took care of everything and ultimately got it tossed without me ever needing to appear in court. I'd definitely fight it. It's highly likely they'll be able to get ahold of the officers dashcam if it goes to trial and if what you stated is the truth I think you'll be ok. Ethical attorneys won't promise you that you'll get the outcome you seek. They'll let you know how confident they are. It's possible you spend the money on an attorney and still get stuck paying the original ticket but it's still worth a shot.

Why do I say that, because these vaccines are actually killing people more than helping and the evidence of that is constantly suppressed by the Deep state and Cabal on the internet and media. Mike Adams whose got multiple phds in the medical, nutritional and I believe Psychological has his own research lab and has found since the beginning that these vaccines have purposeful coagulatives, nanobots that connect to 5g, there is proof he found that they use even the brand widths for cell phones that they can kill people with the 5g just by pointing at them because it overdoses the brain with a certain type of calcium that blocks brain function and blood flow. They also found aborted baby cells in the vaccine. If anyone is an authority on the "vaccine" death shot, it would be Mike Adams but he is not the only one saying things like that. Recently an embalmer found blood clots that were unnaturally long and had a white substance that could not be broken that was in the veines of vaccinated people that he says he believes it could have caused their deaths. On top of that he has been doing embalming for 20 plus years and NEVER has seen anything like that, he has spoken to people who've been doing embalming for 30 and 40 and 50 years and they've said the same experience. Never seen it before and it is only on those who have been vaxxed.

Im not saying you have to this or that but its pretty clear to anyone who wants to see, these are not vaccines. If I was going to get a vaccine it would have to be hands down Comirnity or Nova because they actually work and do not have nearly as much death in them as the pfizer, johnson and johnson and moderna shots. Plus they have the actual covid in it too. Oh and fun fact covid means common cold or flu.

No one is attacking you for being vaccinated nor trying to protect your kid. That is exactly what the protests are about. Personal choice. You do you, but leave us alone. They have admitted vaccinated people can get and spread Covid, so how does me getting vaccinated against my will protect you?

But saying it was never meant to stop infection is simply not true. It also doesn’t stop the spread, as vaccinated people still get it, still spread it, still get hospitalized, and ventilated.

Everyone started by saying it prevented it. Then when that obviously wasn’t true, they said it would stop the spread. Then when that became obviously not true, it reduced symptoms. That has also become obviously false, but now they have no other position to fall back on so they keep insisting it is true. Despite several scientific bodies stating flat out that it doesn’t do much of anything against omicron, which is 90%+ of the current cases.

It's not meant to stop the spread, just to reduce the chance of getting severe symptoms in case you do get it. I'm not gonna bother arguing about the vaccine, that poor dead horse has been beaten beyond recognition. But anyway, that's why I said it doesn't matter to me if someone gets the shot or not, just stay away from my kids. Hell I don't even want vaccinated people getting near my kids if I can help it. Im with them 100%, its about time us drivers take the lead and grip the bull by the horns and step up to this deep state and Kabal that seems to think they should be able to go unchecked and do all sorts of evil. Nothing will get done without truckers. I have thought about asking my DM if I could get permission to go over. I know their headed over to Dump Crap on the 23rd, I will be off the 26th and 27th. Birthday is the 27th. So I could go then.

I hope though that its not a deep state or cabal trap to find out whose a patriot for the Republic or Canada so they can track us and keep us under their illegal corporate government thumb. You should always have bills of ladings. Even if it's scrawled out on a piece of paper by hand. I always carry blank ones but so far never had to use them.

I have to admit, I am learning a lot my first two weeks solo. I have hauled rectangular steele 45000 lbs, wood 47950, and then now manufactured wood product 43000 some, but with a trailer thats had to have multiple appointments since my second trip lol. Then today the brake chamber line breaks while i am driving at 55 mph. Sat for close to three hours! Truck still needs a thermostate. I have been enjoying the scenes and driving for sure. Feel good to be in the rig. One thing through all of this I have learned well, COMMUNICATION is your friend. Overcommunication is good too. Undercommunication is where you will fail if you let it get there. Had 3 days of hometime was well nice. Im rolling towards Gibsonton, Florida. Lets get it!

Then my second load which is an untarped load is lumber from Petersborough, New Hamshire. 48000 lbs almost. Pictures are coming...
