Man, that was a fantastic explanation! Now I totally understand what happened. That really stinks that you got stuck in that situation working for the lease driver instead of continuing as an employee of CR England. Huge bummer.

I can't thank you enough for taking the time to work through that with me so I could understand what happened. I'm deeply concerned about making sure people get all of the information they possibly can before heading out into the industry. I'm always concerned that a company will change something or start using a new strategy or tactics of some sort and I won't be aware of it. So when I give people advice and they go out there and things don't go well for them I really, really want to know why. I want to make sure I'm on top of things so I can keep everyone well informed.

More than anything I'm glad things worked out for you in the long run! Now you're with Werner, you're home with your son every night, and you're enjoying your career. And the most important thing you did to put yourself in the position you're in right now is to push through the hard times, keep the best attitude possible, and keep your career moving forward. You did whatever it took and I truly respect that. I know how difficult it is those first few months in the industry even when things go as expected. But to be thrown a curve ball like you were made things far more difficult than they already were and you made it through and things are so much better for ya now. What a relief, eh???smile.gif
