You can post business numbers here, except if you have Jennifer Aniston's cell phone!

Many truck stops have reserved spaces they'll hold for you and charge a fee. That can cost you between $10 - $20. Some TS apps have a Reserve feature built in.

The plus: you don't have to look, and you can drive your planned distance and have a spot. Peace of Mind. And usually the reserved spots are close to the building, so you don't have to walk 100 yards to use the facilities.

The minus: You pay, the company probably won't.

Parking is scarce and the biggest problem I have right now. I'm definetly planning on reserving spots when they are available. Unfortunately right now where I'm at there are no spots even at 1pm and the truck stops are all tiny.

Generally, the early afternoon is the best time to pull in for your 10 hour break. Yes, you get up at 4, but then there is no traffic. I went through Cincinnati in 15 minutes S to N at 4am once.

The # is 855-vip-parking. Has anyone used this? Seems like a fee would be worth it in certain areas, like NJ. Jennifer made me swear to never tell her #. Sorry guys, lol

I did a quick Google search on that. It's a central number to T/A - Petro travel centers for parking. I have used the service when I needed a stopping place when I was short on drive time. The (I forgot exactly how much) $20 was worth it, and I'm a cheap a** at heart.
