TMC

I drive by the TMC facility here in Des Moines just about daily. From what I see, they have it set up in a few groups.. One group does backing practice which includes blind side, drivers side, straight and 90 degreee, another group does driving on the range in a circle to get use to the clutch. I think its limited to 1-4gears with no throttle except to downshift and a 3rd group does city/hwy driving.

I would love to drive for TMC

My biggest question is when your out with a trainer for five weeks, I was looking at their site and they don't offer much for teams. So I was wondering if they run you and trainer as team or basically seeing how you would perform solo. You do all driving, and trainer gives pointers and helps with load securement and tarping basically so when you do go solo you are well prepared.
