When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Well hey there guys , haven't posted on here for a while but I've been reading posts and threads... Last time I was here I was supposed to go take my road test which I chose not to do because I didn't feel prepared...well , last month I was ready and went to go take it and passed everything on the first try so I was very happy about that...i was very fortunate enough to have my uncle who was willing to let me ride with him for a whole year with a CLP before I went to go take the road test with his truck...judging from some of the other posts some of y'all wrote, I probably won't ever be able to find a job in the trucking industry because I didn't go to school to get the proper training....I applied to 5 companies and already got 3 job offers which I can choose from, just don't know which way to go...and I think I learned a lot from my uncle, probably way more than I would learn from being in a classroom for 1 month...like I said I was very fortunate to have someone who was willing to teach me about this industry...
I would like to thank SUE D, PHIL C, BARRY Y, and ERROL who took the time to write elaborate msgs and give me good and strong advice , so thank u guys for helping me get those knots out of my stomach, I didn't know what I was gonna expect when I got out there but y'all really helped...thank u guys again ... And MISS MIYOSHI , I am from Bosnia/Croatia by the way haha... Another foreigner taking jobs, I know I know, I heard it before lol... Have a good one guys
