CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

How long did it take you to complete? And which sections did you study? Or did you study the whole thing?
Took me about a good two to three weeks of studying just the general knowledge an air brakes. You should study over the whole thing if u have time.

WELL TODAY WAS MY CDL TEST. AND WITH THE GOOD GRACE OF GOD AND MY EXCELLENT INSTRUCTOR AT LCCTC I PASSED IT. THIS HAS BEEN A LONG ROAD AND WANTED TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT HERE TO TRUCKING TRUTH AND ALL ITS INFO AND HIGH ROAD PROGRAM FOR GETTING ME STARTED.IM LOOKING FORWARD TO A LONG AND PROSPEROUS CAREER!!!!!!!!!!

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
Got the job at dot foods. I start monday the 25th of july. Thanks again to everyone and all the info ive gained from trucking truth.

Just passed my cdl permit testing and passed on everything. Just wanted to say that wouldnt be possible with out the help of the training program and testing on this site.The program on here is top notch and along with my cdl school passing the tests was a breeze!!!Thanks again to brett and all who put this type of training on site.
