When Do You Turn Off Your Marker Lights?

I have noticed is that it's soooo much easier to back in next to a truck at night if they have their marker lights on. I want it to be easy to see my truck and trailer - so people are less likely to hit me!

So, I never turn off my marker lights unless on home time or if I am required to by a service facility. I even leave them on when I'm in the Stevens home yard.

Basically, like you, I leave them on anytime I'm parked where another truck might park beside me. The visibility is very helpful, especially to newer or tired drivers.

I also drive with my headlights on, day or night. I'm actually surprised that they do not come on automatically in ALL Commercial Vehicles.

Tractor Man, Internationals at least have that as a pretty cool feature whenever the parking brake is released. I too usually drive with all my lights on whenever the vehicle is moving. Just feel that much safer that way.
