Vet, there are three clocks that govern a drivers available drive time. The 8 day 70 hour clock is the one most affecting your ability to drive indefinitely. Eventually it's possible you'll need to take a break called a 34 hour reset due to a limited amount of available hours. The 34 resets the 8 day clock to a full 70 hours.
Legal requirements aside,... you really should break once in a while, get away from the truck for a day, recharge your mental batteries. Initially driving 11 hours per day for days on end is something that most of us had to get used to.
