Kammy, you simply have a blown fuse on an electrical circuit. It is easily replaced, and the problem is not related to those switches
If you are not familiar with how to locate the fuse panel and/or replacing fuses, just ask the shop personnel to fix that for you. It will only take them a few minutes.

I was issued a 2015 international. The mini fridge works, but the plug ins don't. Is there a switch I need to flip? I found two I don't know what they are. One says no idle. The other on says parked regen. I need to make coffee!!! Please help me!
