Thomas Witt is the president of another company going bankrupt.

Thomas Witt was president of The infamous Arrow Trucking when the CEO Douglas Pielsticker rode it into the ground. Both Pielsticker as his CFO Leland Moore went to jail.

Thomas Witt worked at Roehl afterwards and then moved on to Omni Specialized, LLC. Now Omni is taking a page out of Arrow Trucking's book. Drivers are not being paid and fuel cards are being shut off.

Maybe the prosecution missed somebody in their prosecution of Arrow Trucking execs?

What are your thoughts on these developments?
