The only spotter available is the one you supply. If you don't have one handy, GET OUT AND LOOK.
I believe there's room to turn around in front of the dock, as I described.

Without reading the other comments, it looks like you may have enough room to get flipped around in front of the docks (barely) unless it's just the satellite view playing mind games.
If not, I'd either blindside it with a spotter, if there's one available, back in from the road, but the issue with that is how are you going to get back to the road to do that if you already pulled in? Back onto the road? I'd rather do the blindside with a spotter if I already pulled in.
