Steak Eater I'll wager a guess at when Brett had time to learn to code while "on the job" and I could be wrong but.

Brett spent a year or so pulling a food grade tanker and I just started but I can tell you thus far I've spent hours and hours at shippers and receivers. All paid of course but sometimes you've already started your clock so if you wait for to long you'll need to sit till your 10hr break is over. Or if it's a short run and you haven't driven far that day prior to waiting at the shipper or receiver you'll only need to hang out for 8hrs.

So... I'm currently looking at some online classes.

Shipper:

The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.

Yeah I went to McCormick to pickup a load and they rejected the trailer so now I'm sitting in a trailer shop parking lot for the last 4 hours of my drive time waiting for them to decide to repair the trailer...... but I have my laptop so I'm good

JD

Still hate I was so close to old school an never got to shake his hand......
