I'm a mileage guy who lives in the SE region. I don't really go to NY state often. One of our big clients is in Niagara Falls. GreenPac/Norpac. They are horribly slow. Just to deliver a load of scrap is a 3+ hour long process. I don't think I have yet to pull my original load out of there. I always get my load switched to one that is actually ready after I have been sitting several hours.
