10 YRS In The Making, The Day Has Finally Come

First off, thanks to Brett for starting this amazing site! And to all the moderators, I tip my hat to you as well, thank you.

I have been lurking for many years, reading and researching, but only recently become a member. I wouldn’t be where I am now (attitude and expectations) without this site.

Being a professional driver is something I have wanted to do for over a decade. I made poor decisions in my early days that prohibited my goals, (more on that later) but I stuck with my dreams and the day is finally here.

There are few things in life that bring both joy and fear,marriage and fatherhood come to mind, but as my first day approaches, I am drowning in both emotions. For me, marriage and fatherhood are the best things that I have.

This is my first post on a journey I pray takes me to my final years, God and family willing.

Thanks to all for your years of insight and experience. I hope to get to know you all in one way or another.
