DallaStrong-I just pulled their home page up for employment opportunities and if you don't mind a little unload(5-10%), then check them out. Average miles seem to be between 2500-3000 depending on the route you are offered. I did see they do Pa and TX dedicated. But I wasn't on there for very long. But when you first open up their employment page they have a pop-up to talk to a recruiter.

Regional:
Regional Route
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.
CPM:
Cents Per Mile
Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
