Thanks all. I got a text from my son last night and he said he might be interested in driving also. He hates the job he has. I told how much I wanted to get back into this again and he has been asking me lots of questions. So maybe I'll have a legacy going if he follows through. He is pretty committed when he puts his mind to doing something.

I feel like the world is bigger when your traveling along the roadways when on the open road. Plus I want out of Commiefornia. I'll be patient and "getter done."

OS, Your the one who gives me the inspiration, mainly because you have never given up. I thought when I wanted to return to this life I would be excluded because of my age. But seeing that you are doing flatbed work shows us old timers can still do it. Plus when you told of the 80 year old flatbed driver you met, was pretty cool.
