I can usually find a Walmart every few days. I always get one on their prepared fruit trays and a vegetable tray. Then I snack on those as it drive. Take a 5 gal. bucket, fill it about 3/4 full with rags or something else, put it next to your seat and the trays fit on top within easy reach. I also buy one rotisserie chicken from their deli each week. They always have cold ones marked down at $4.98, sometimes even less. I get 5 or 6 meals from one chicken. I get 2 or 3 pre-packaged salads from Walmart each week. About $3.95 each or less. As a truck driver avoid bread like the plague. Don't eat pizza or hot dogs or fast food chain hamburgers. Vegetables, fruit and protein and lots of water.
