I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks with my new trainer. If it weren’t for home time I would have lost more, I eat more st home.

He does not stop at truck stops. Breakfast is an oatmeal breakfast bar, lunch is a couple of granola bars, dinner is a frozen dinner or one of those Compleat meals (I think that is how they spell it). They aren’t extremely healthy, but they are around 300 - 400 calories.

He keeps me busy driving, then we eat and sleep to get our 10.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

My Son and Daughter in law have told me about the "Instant Pot".

I've had one for years, and they are great. Be aware they require many more watts than a slow cooker. Slow cooker's use about 200 watts, but the instant pot needs 1000. There is a mini version that draws 700 watts.
