Wolding has a quarterly safety and mileage bonus. To qualify for safety it is 1 year accident / incident free. Safety bonus is 1cpm for every dispatched mile that quarter. There are 3 tiers to the mileage bonus. I am not sure about the first 2 tiers as I had always got the “high” mileage bonus every quarter. To qualify for the “high” mileage bonus it is 29,751+ Dispatched miles in a quarter. It is super easy to get. It pays 4.5cpm for every dispatched mile ran for the quarter. I usually took home after taxes around $1,500. It was a nice little bonus.
Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
Knight has 4 tiers for mileage, and a safety bonus. Paid monthly.
First tier is @ 8750mi in the month, 2nd is @9500, 3rd is at 10250, 4th is at 11000-- one additional penny per mile on all miles run, for each tier, plus 1cpm for getting safety bonus (no reportable incidents over $2000, one safety test completed, and a smart drive (Knight's dash cam company) score under 25)
So total of up to 5cpm every month. If you clear all the tiers and get safety it comes out to around $600

My company for solo drivers requires 9,500 miles a month to qualify for the bonus which usually ranges $450-550 as u go higher then that mileage, As long as u don’t have disqualifying safety violations, a preventable accident will disqualify u for 6 months..
I was wondering what other company’s have if any?
