If anyone is looking for a place to bushwhack for the night and are traveling on US HWY 95 20 miles from Winnemucca, NV, then this place has plenty of parking, showers ($10) and clean drivers lounge and Restrooms.

There a lot of hidden gems on us 95. South of McDermitt a few miles is the Red Mountain Travel Plaza. Nothing fancy, actually it's far from it, but it's quite. Closes at 22:00 so not much traffic.

If you ever find yourself on us 54 in Kansas. Little stop in Mullinville just west of the us 400 us 54 junction. Restaurant there isn't much to look at. Small but food and coffee are great.
