.44cpm split starting off and .46cpm split after 3 months, solo is 30cpm and 35cpm after 3 months

Don't put too much emphasis on that. There are other means of income like bonuses, stop pay, detention pay etc.

To put in perspective, I'm currently making 23 an hour. At my old warehouse job I was making 21. Sounds like I'm making more, but I'm not. At my warehouse gig I was working 55 to 60 hours a week. I'm currently working 40, sometimes 45.

There are many factors that determine income. Don't focus on CPM.

CPM:

Cents Per Mile

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
