OS and Marc your right, I do remember that show and agree. It amazes me how people drop in now and then looking for validation instead of help. Do they not read the site title??

If I threw the towel in everytime I got my panties in a bunch at work I would never have made it to retirement or very far in this proffession.

Guess this is just another example of the folks that should not have got into this career to begin with.

No company, anywhere is perfect by any means. Some are better than others. For anyone thinking any business is about them, well your going to be disappointed the rest of your life.

I got a call from an old friend recently. I trained her and mentored her early in her career in LE. She is in the running to be the next police chief of that agency. I am thrilled for her.

I have been mentoring a new driver the past several months. She has learned quick and has risen to be a shining star at her company. I’m thrilled for her as well.

True teachers do it for the self-satisfaction of seeing others do well; it’s not all about them. It’s about the student. Many many examples here of just that.
