You'll train at their facilities and test out for your CDL before going out with a trainer. You will be team driving with your trainer, and may even have 3 people in the truck. C.R. England has arranged permission to have 3 bunks in some of their training trucks.
Expect to meet quite a few people who are whiners and complainers. Avoid them like they have a disease. That way you won't catch their disease. This is common at most truck driver training courses. There are going to be people there who aren't as serious or as excited as you. Set yourself apart and make it a priority to see it through.
C.R. England gives a lot of people a chance to prove themselves worthy, unfortunately many of them don't. Remember, your orientation and training is one long interview. If you plan on turning it into a job and a future career, you've got to show interest, willingness, and fortitude. Don't give up, don't take advice from the wrong people, and try to follow instructions.
Listen to these Podcasts. I think they will help you get yourself mentally prepared.

I’m starting training with C.R. England in a few weeks. I’m super excited. I was told to obtain my clp before going to Utah for training. As of today I passed my core test and my DOT physical is done. Tonight I’m reading through some articles about the training. I am now curious if anyone has been through the training there. When do they start sending you on runs with a trainer? Is it after I pass the actual CDL? Or do I train and then with the trainer and then come back and take my cdl skills and such?
Thanks y’all :)
