Downshifting, backing, and time management will be the most difficult obstacles you encounter during your first six months, in that order.
The first two are just going to take a lot of practice. Keep at it and you'll get it.
Good to hear! I been reading your diary. Don't overthink it you got this. I know it seems like a lot right now as you are learning so many things. I promise the more you do this it will become second nature. Good luck!

Hello everyone I test out this coming Wednesday, as far as driving the rig the only thing I had trouble with was the downshifting but it had gotten way better I thought double clutching was gonna be hard I was real nervous about it but once the trainer showed me a few times my muscle memory started kicking in shifting the gears wasn’t too bad either, Imma update my diary soon I’ve been tired me and my classmates drove Mon-Friday since there’s no class on Fridays only me my classmates and trainer was there.
Double Clutch:
To engage and then disengage the clutch twice for every gear change.
When double clutching you will push in the clutch, take the gearshift out of gear, release the clutch, press the clutch in again, shift the gearshift into the next gear, then release the clutch.
This is done on standard transmissions which do not have synchronizers in them, like those found in almost all Class A trucks.
