Congrats, Adam, welcome to solo OTR driving. You're first week or so is yet again a learning experience. This time you're on your own, with no experienced trainer there to give you advice.
The tip/advice I have for you is
It's your real first time. All the "problems" that come up won't be problems after this.
Try searching here for phrases like My First week OTR. The search box is the blank area at the top of this page, just under the title.

Good luck!
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
Dont get complacent, constantly check your mirrors, especially when you're turning the steering wheel.
Way to go... Advice is...take your time, watch 360 around your truck and trailer, use all 6 mirrors, go slow backing if in doubt goal.... Don't let the other drivers get you rattled. This is my third week solo...I find it best to just keep it simple out here.
Welcome aboard the England team.
Hope you get a good partner to to team with in phase 2.
