Hello,

After months of thought, research & years of job insecurity at my current industry,I've decided to take the plunge into OTR truck driving. I've chosen Prime Inc as my school of choice. I've contacted a recruiter and I'm basically waiting for further instructions. I'm hoping to enroll around May 1st. I'm excited for the future....little nervous too but as time goes by behind the windshield,I'm sure that will subside. I know I won't get rich, but I'm sure I'll be able to make a somewhat of a decent living. Thanks for your time .

OTR:

Over The Road

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
