Hello Roadway 1 - Welcome to our forum!
I started my driving career at Western Express as a flatbed driver. It was a great experience for me. I built a solid foundation for my career while there.
You're going to meet a lot of people who are constant complainers. They will tell you all kinds of nonsense about how bad the company is. Just ignore it and run your own truck. Learn how to be successful at this. I did great at Western Express. It seemed like everyone else was doing really bad, and that made no sense to me.
Don't let the losers turn your attention to the things they focus on. You've got to focus on how you make yourself successful out here. The company desperately needs competent professionals driving their trucks. Those drivers who constantly complain about the company trying to screw them over are literally spending all their energy trying to find someone to blame for their own shortcomings. Save yourself a lot of trouble and recognize your ability to make your own opportunities out here.
