While there are differences in the way they structure the training I think you’ll find they all provide a good foundation of safety and efficiency that will serve you well. Honestly, I don’t think you can make a bad choice by going with any of the major carriers. They all have systems and support in place to help you along the way. Far too often people think just having a CDL will give them the choice of any company they want. We have members from nearly every mega carrier here that are very happy and have no plans to look for employment elsewhere. That includes Swift, CRST, and C.R. England despite how badly people talk about them our members have found the exact opposite to be true.
