Companies say what they mean and mean what they say. Let the recruiter know your situation. A conditional job offer is just that, conditional. They're offering you a job on the condition that you qualify. At this time, you do not. I don't know when Wilson pulls your driving record, but if they pull it up at orientation you get sent home. Some companies send you home at your expense and you have to figure it out.

I'm talking to a recruiter and hoping to start training at Wilson logistics soon, signed a conditional offer and all. I spent alot of time looking into them as a company and really like them. Only problem is I didn't read the requirements before I applied because every other company I've looked into I met them all. It says you need an active license for 3 years, I've only had mine a little of 2 but my driving record is completely clean. I know I should directly ask the recruiter or processer but I feel stupid for not reading that to begin with. Will they withdraw the offer once they get my driving report or is that something they might be able to overlook?
